The general purpose of this review is to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the labour market. The specific objectives consist in making explicit the relationship between AI, lifelong learning and school education and identifying the skills and capabilities needed, within this review, to work on IA and with AI. 21 documents out of a total of 71 on both the European Commission and the OECD website relating to artificial intelligence were reviewed. The results were presented by three tables that illustrate the main and most recurring concepts found in the documents being analyzed. The concepts considered salient were those corresponding to the specific purpose and objectives of this work. The results revealed the need to rethink the upskilling training courses as well as the entire education system in the light of AI. Adult education and work pedagogy seem to be able to meet, in part, these needs.
