Abstract
The article, based on the findings of PRIN Di.Co.Each (Digital Competence in Early Childhood), seeks to promote reflection on the tasks of educational services for children aged 0-6, in order to create educational contexts that can foster a balance between analogue and digital environments for children. In particular, the results of the PRIN qualitative surveys have outlined a significant practical-theoretical framework, aimed at educational design processes in early childhood, which proposes analogue and digital play experiences. These results led to the educational design and implementation of an Action Research project, within the same PRIN, which involved 0-6 educational service staff, allowing them to reflect on how designing educational scenarios means bringing attention and awareness to adult posture and relationships, as well as to three key aspects: playfulness, fluidity and freedom.
