Ethics and regulation of artificial intelligence. 2020 Europe’s digital future: towards a new digital citizenship


Disinformation by non-European actors can have negative risks to the detriment of people, which are not predictable and calculable. The economic value of the production, use and development of artificial intelligences has been growing exponentially in recent years. But what are they? What are the risks and dangers they can cause? And what are the potentials you can benefit from? The 2020 digital European strategy has implemented a regulatory-ethical plan based on trade union and personal law that protects populations from the possible dangers of offending human dignity. It is an action of planning and legal regulation of IA and related technologies according to two guidelines, governance and action, taking into account some important areas to be strengthened. The article aims to address the phases of analysis to reflect on the effects that these transformations will have on the new generations, highlighting the challenges that will arise from them.
