Abstract:
Since 2019, the Department of Educational Sciences of the Roma Tre University, in collaboration with the USR of Lazio, has designed and promoted a training course aimed at tutors of newly hired teachers in schools of different levels . Specifically, in this contribution, we report the opinions of the tutors on the activities proposed within the training unit held by the authors; these opinions are part of the final report prepared by the tutors themselves at the end of the training activities. In this unit, the participants were encouraged to consider the class as a laboratory in which the newly hired teacher, with the support and supervision of the tutor teacher, can involve the students in the process of observation and evaluation of the learning assessment methodologies used. In practice, Alkharusi's questionnaires (2011, 2015) were provided to be administered, in each class, to the tutor, the new employee and the students: the operation allowed the actors in the teaching/learning process to compare their opinions on the salient aspects of the evaluation action and to share the results in a climate of trust and collaboration.
