Abstract
In this article, mainly
referring to two authors (F.Covey and A. Grün), "I reflect
aloud" on what can be the references for a Leader who does not drive, and
therefore is not guided, only by following the business logic or even more
simply the company logic. A leader who, although responsibly oriented to achieve the
assigned work / professional goals, really knows how to look at the horizon to
reach, at the people who collaborate with him, but even more at himself. Only in this way I believe we can really go back to
"humanizing" a dynamic relationship (in a professional context) that
today, perhaps too often, is reduced to be included in that rather than in the
other reference model. In this sense, I
really like the possibility of seeing in the cardinal virtues a reference
compass that can be for the leader simultaneously a tool to drive but also to
reflect on himself, maturing a deep personal awareness.
