“Educating to choose for the future”: an active guidance programme towards school-university transition (PNRR)


Abstract:

In the light of the indications and guidelines for the implementation of the PNRR measures (M4 C1) relating to Investment Area 1.6 'Active guidance towards school-university transition' and the indications provided by Ministerial Decree no. 934/2022, universities are called upon to implement 15-hour guidance programme in the third, fourth and fifth classes of secondary schools. Among the purposes indicated in the ministerial decree are also those of promoting 'reflective and transversal skills for the construction of the educational and professional development project'. In this direction, the present contribution intends to present the epistemological and methodological reasons that have led the University of Foggia to design a specific training orientation pathway aimed at accompanying students in the development of self-orientation skills, in a greater reflexivity and in the construction of the educational and professional development project strongly aligned to needs, vocations and life intentions.
