Educational counseling for continuity paths for ages 0-6: the point of view of educators and teachers


Abstract:

The paper presents an exploratory research on the function of educational counseling as support and enhancement of the professional capabilities of educators and teachers of early childhood education 0-6 years, with a view to continuity and the creation of a concrete culture for ages 0-6. The research aims to detect the perception and point of view of educators and teachers on the usefulness and need of educational counseling to support educational professionalism and build horizontal and vertical continuity paths for ages 0-6. Educational counseling allows the reflective and participatory construction of common paths and is a competent and effective response to many educational needs that require a supportive function. In fact, at present, the complex process of building the Poles for Children aged 0-6 places the continuity theme as a real emerging educational need.
