Abstract

The complexity of world of work involves the exposure to health and safety risks and to organizational or psychosocial risks too. A particular risk linked to the workplace takes the name of bullying, it has known in the 90s as mobbing, and it refers to a set of factors linked to acts of violence deliberately carried out against a "designated victim". In the last few years of a pervasive use of digital technology, it has been an important aspect for organizational success and has provided significant advantages in terms of efficiency, productivity and innovation, however, an individual, group and organizational level also has negative effects, just think to the problem of online harassment and abuse as in the case of cyberbullying.
