The “Good School”: priority, criticality and developments

Abstract

Report “The Good School” has achieved the goal of bringing the school of the future at the center of public debate. In this new scenario, to avoid launching too ambitious, threatening to fragment and disperse energy, it is possible to identify three strategic actions, towards which to direct all efforts and bring together all available resources: a) develop a new Unified school legislation, which eliminates overlapping and conflicting requirements; b)  raise a proper application of the principles of school autonomy, in terms of teaching, organizational, management and research; c)  to extend and consolidate a comprehensive policy on lifelong guidance.
