Abstract:
In the context of the reception and integration of refugees and applicants for international protection, digital technologies are emerging as fundamental tools to support social and educational inclusion paths. The following contribution reflects on the role of e-learning platforms and digital tools within the Reception and Integration System (SAI), exploring how they can facilitate not only language learning, but also orientation to territorial services and the construction of social networks. The essay will focus on two main aspects: the usefulness of such digital platforms towards a cohesive development of linguistic and transversal skills; the promotion of greater inclusiveness towards the host country, promoting a dialogue that highlights the opportunities offered by cultural exchange. Particular attention will be paid to the challenges of digital accessibility and the need to develop personalized approaches that consider the different skills and backgrounds of the beneficiaries. The aim is to provide possible guidelines for the implementation of specific digital tools in SAI contexts, outlining an operational framework that can support operators in the effective use of technologies for integration.
